A super interesting sour. Surprisingly complex. Has just enough smokiness, so it doesn't overpower anything. Starts tart and goes into a subtle tropical fruitiness. The finish is my favorite, where a complex mix of grains and fruits comes out.

Très intéressant comme saveurs. Un bon mélange fruité d’ananas et de citron avec une côté juste assez surette et la finale boisée et légèrement fumée. Le côté fumé est présent, mais ne prend pas trop de place non plus. Bon mix de saveurs très bien balancé
