Fantastic! Sour lemon/lime/orange/grapefruit/zest/cherry/cranberry/peach/plum/pear/apricot/currant/green apple/redgrape/wine/oak/hay/straw/grass/honeywheat/cracker/dough; lighter vanilla/pepper/leather/musty/funk/vinegar. Fairly tart/tangy, lt spicy.

Ian M: Bready/grainy med body. Fairly crisp/acid/tangy/tannic/drying carb. No pucker/astringent. Snooth, not overly lactic/tannic. Spot on style.
Ian M: Well rounded brett/bacteria complexity; great wine barrel integration/malts against acidity. Min sweet from crisp drying. Loved it.
Ian M: The age definitely helped this one, vs other ratings I've seen for it.
