Three Wire Peanut Baltic Porter

Perfect pairings like PB&J, ham & swiss, and mashed potatoes & gravy had us thinking about how much we liked chocolate & peanut butter and smooth & crisp lagers, but that combo was questionable at best. So we did it anyways, turning to the awesome beer style the Baltic Porter, a strong dark brew fermented with a lager yeast and cold-conditioned for an extended time. We used a rich and complex blend of malts to achieve a roasty and chocolatey base along with a trusty lager yeast for a smooth and clean fermentation. After fermentation we blend in natural peanut butter flavoring and Cholaca, a liquid raw cacao, for the perfect treat that’s sweet and tasty, but crisp and drinkable! Show Less
