Sour nose, sweet too (Raisin?) Gobs of sediment. No head (glass?). Malty finish, some husky gain taste too.

Obadiah Poundage: Ack, you got a bad bottle. Or you hate doppelbock. Or both. Raisin is intentional, but that's a malt, hop, yeast only beer.

Bottling day at last
Golden with little head and an aroma of citrus fruits. First sip is malt-sweet with creamy and mild mouthfeel. Medium body with great spicy hop aromas, light bitterness and low malt sweetness. Finish is long and wet with honey and spices. Good Doppelbock.
