#79 Light Rice Ale

Pale Ale, mashed rice, 2 row pilsner,carapils,Hopped in the boil with Azacca,Jarrylo and fermented with US05 Safale.Rice mash :
1 lb rice , 16 oz raw rice
4 oz pale malt
Mix the rice and the malt to 1/2 gallon cool water , heat to 172 degrees and hold 20 minutes.
bring the mash to a boil gently and stir for 15 minutes, mixture will gelatinize.
coll and add to the main mash.
