On the nose, sweet plum and chocolate with red wine and brett notes at the back. To taste, tart, slightly acidic and fruity plum with a hint of chocolate and that brett hit at the end. Outstanding.

The initial sour bang is BIG. But you get used to it, it does linger mind, sour plum, grapes, vinous, then the oaky barrel character comes along. Fascinating beer. I like it. Really intense, I do forewarn
