Hopstadt Berlin IPA is dedicated to the hop lovers of the Haupt-bier-stadt, Berlin. True to Berlin form, we’ve deviated from the mainstream with an unconventional hop selection. Brewed with generous amounts of a few lesser known hop varieties, the Hopstadt IPA delivers a wallop of aroma and flavor.
Summit and Nugget are renowned for their wild blend of unrestrained hop aroma so expect a danky IPA laced with citrus fruits, cannabis, onions, wild garlic, herbs, spicy ginger and black pepper.

Tasting notes:
Hopstadt Berlin IPA pours an Autumnal orange hue, beautifully crowned with a pillowy white head. The nose is greeted with a dank and pungent mix of resiny pine, cannabis, fruit, citrus, black pepper, onions and wild garlic.
This west coast IPA has a hint of malt sweetness up front before fading into an onslaught of hop laciness that delivers what the nose was promised.

True to West Coast IPA form, the Hopstadt Berlin IPA finishes dry and is backed by a persisting solid bitterness.
