这是紙飛機的成名之作。2019年我们首次尝试Hazy IPA的酿造，不断优化酿造工艺，低温旋沉降低α酸的异构化同时尽可能的释放酒花香气，通过酵母与酒花的生物转化实现浑浊的酒体，将热带水果的风味表达到极致，在口中掀起一股热带气旋。甜苦交织，是一罐专为大人酿造的鲜榨果汁。
Our inaugural venture into Hazy IPA brewing in 2019 set the stage for our renown. Continuously improving our process to lower α-acid isomerization while maximizing hop aroma release, we achieve a hazy beer through yeast and hop biotransformation, capturing the essence of tropical fruit flavors in a dance of sweetness and bitterness, like a freshly squeezed juice for adults.
