Kveik/wild yeast -driven Farmhouse ale with quite plentiful new world hopping, aged in white wine barrels which does bring another distinct layer to the flavour palate. Personal, sort of dry cider-like. Quite a lot going on, not for everyone, but I liked.

🇫🇮 Sweetness, mild yeast, white wine, fruitiness and toffee in the nose. The flavor is… sweetish, fruity… less hoppy and less yeasty than the original… smooth. I liked the original Kalle a lot. This is fresh, bottled today.
