Sunday beer pours lucid copper. Sweet canned mandarin, peach tea, marshmallow, strawberry, sugared lemonade and a pinch of lime emanate to my nostrils. Sweet dried apricot, spruce tip, caramel, peach tea on the tastebuds. Unpredictable and out of the box.

Zo, deze IPA is eens een keer anders qua smaakbeleving. In de geur naast de standaard fruitige citrusy geur wat meer kruidigs, van spar. En dan de smaak, een mooie moutige WCIPA, maar dan met de kruidigheid en harsigheid van de spar. Ook iets zoetig. Nice
