Mash hopped Pacific session IPA, containing Motueka, Azacca, Galaxy, Simcoe and Cascade hops. Most of the hops are used in mashing, the rest in boil as continuous hopping. No whirlpool, no hop rocket, no dry hopping. Malt bill mostly pils malt, some wheat malt added for lightness. Show Less
