I don't know what grisette means, but maybe it's this. Less tart and, I dunno, "red" than I expect from a farmhouse - but not in a bad way. I get the lime, not so much the salt. Nice crisp profile, tho, so maybe that's what they mean. Like it.

This doesn't blow me away but I liked it. A salty-citrusy combo is what hits my palate on first sip. Clean...dry finish. Get a faint funk aftertaste.
