Bottled on 9/12/22 if I interpreted the code on the bottle correctly. Past peak. Cherries only on the finish. Tangy with lots of pink peppercorns. Extremely dry, like brut nature Champagne. Would like to try a younger bottle.

Ashley Bair: I wavered on rating this at all, but definitely plan to look for a more recent bottling to compare it to. Everything says that I should really enjoy a fresher bottle. Maybe I push the limits on dates too much sometimes.
