Really enjoyed this. Carb has dropped off significantly however the grape expression has not. Assertively vineous, funk and floral notes elevate the white wine element and accompany it all to a far less than dry finish. This was an easy solo.

Hard to tell where the grapes end and the lambic begins. Seems like a bright oude geuze at first taste. Bright white grape seamlessly blending into funky lively citrus, horseblanket funk, and old musty oak.
