Kinda odd, very (underwhelmingly) light but strangely captivating in it's being so. A delicate sour beer, more akin to a Table Beer, Saison, or gentle Berliner Weisse, w the pistachio milk being the predominant flavor followed by tart dried pineapple

Dennis Danelia: The pineapple becomes more prominent as the beer comes to temp, but still remains light with just the acidity being more pronounced through the tartness and tarpt sweetness of the dried-like pineapple character.
Dennis Danelia: Would have loved to have either it be even more delicate with a nice pronounced pistachio character beyond just the nut milk, or considerably bolder and pronounced in all flavor components.

Pineapple nose. Pours a honey gold with great head that settles nicely to leave a lacy trail. Pineapple throughout with a hint of nuttiness that rounds everything out. Light, crisp with a slight fruit ending. Excellent effort

Now this is something different. Who is Tache? Another brewery? Turns out their website is pistachiomilk.com. Subtle pineapple is coated in thick, creamy plant-based dairy substitute. Not for everyone, but I dig it.
