Une blanche bien douce de style allemand aux arômes de bananes. Étrangement limpide, on dirait une blonde, je trouve qu'elle manque un peu le côté velouté des blanches. Ça ne laisse pas de facteur wow. Pour le style Hefeweizen, j'ai déjà goûté mieux.
