A collaboration between Oriel Beer and Bereta from Timisoara, an audacious Gose, aged in oak barrels for nine months. Barley and wheat malt, wheat flakes, coriander seeds, Hallertau Blanc hop, black Himalayan salt, blood orange extract, Tahiti vanilla, lactose and kettle soured with Lactobacillus, Templed in twilight is a true gem among beers. A beautiful golden color with fizzy body and champagne characteristics round up with a burst of aromas of lemon pie and blood oranges. The taste is mighty with brut, acidic notes, salt, limetta, neroli, biscuits, vanilla and wood sweetness, creating an uncommon amalgam close to transcendence.
