Cuffing Season Chocolate Pomegranate Gose

It's cuffing season, and time for the second chocolate gose from Oozlefinch. We added chocolate malts and Dutch cocoa powder to this live sour. The British pale chocolate malt lent this beer a super nutty chocolate nose. As the beer warms, tart fruity pomegranate comes through. This sour is not for the faint of heart -- high acidity brings everything to life and gives this beer a crisp quality that lingers into the finish.
