Nose of rasberry cheesecake. Amazing. A frothy, creamy head gives way to layered lactose and cream cheese, with the berries arriving at the end of each sip. An aftertaste of cake lingers. Lush, decadent, and not always for dessert! Magnificent.

Wow!! Gotta give it a 4 at least cos it's 'as advertised'. Pretty much the liquid form of its namesake. Bit more alcohol than gran's sherry trifle tho 🥴 Very sweet so I'm glad they only do it in a "webby" glass. Nitro actually suits this IPA
