Loyal Wingman ESB

This American-Style Extra Special Bitter (ESB), brewed in honor of one of On Rotation's long-time regulars, is a mostly true-to-form, balanced take on the style outside of a punchier ABV.

We treated our in-house filtered water with gypsum and more to mimic, as best we could, the water profile of Burton Upon Trent. European malts make up the bulk of the grain bill to further keep with tradition, but we featured American-grown hops in moderation to add hints of lemon and a touch of rose floral aroma on top of the herbal, earthy spice hop character.

A “Loyal Wingman” is a yet-to-be-deployed type of unmanned combat air vehicle (UCAV) that seeks to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and work alongside next-generation combat aircraft.
