Surprisingly light for its strength. Fruity, hoppy, peppery. Sour peaches on the nose, less obvious on the palate. Salty. It would be far too easy to drink too much of this. Gorgeous beer. Collab brew with someone called Prairie Artisan Ales. Oklahoma.
