IPA brewed with oats and lactose sugar. Fermented atop strawberries (a high pectin fruit) and vanilla beans. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra. We also added wheat flour and 50 lbs of local apples (a high pectin fruit) to the boil.
Brewed at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi, Belgium. Sold in bottles by Omnipollo in Europe.
