Incredible! A perry made in autumn 2001, aged for a winter in whiskey barrels, and then bottled the next spring with a secondary fermentation. Then left in a barn for a couple decades. Such a beautiful musty pear expression, and brilliant whiskey subtlety

One of the best cider/perry I’ve ever had. Amazing how this bottle has 20 years or even more. Pear, some lactic bacteria, barnyard, dusty cellar, very drinkable and sparkling.
