Beautiful Perry that's aged like a fine wine! It's a shame it will likely never be made again. If you've managed to get yourself a bottle, you are in for a treat.

Astoundingly good. Gentle fizz. On the sweet edge of dry. Hints at funk but surprisingly clean and easy drinking. Great body. Just beautifully balanced with oak and gently smoky whisky depth.

Glorious brown paper bag weighty farmers market pear flesh coats the palate, drying mouthfeel and organic pear skin to finish, medium spritzy champagne fizz still after 23 years in the bottle.

Very interesting and tasty Perry, in good condition despite the (21+) years, sampled in the Old Relics from a contributor, and indirectly from Darren. Lost a bit of it's fizz and any clarity it might have had but still very interesting.

A perry brewed in 2001 and 11%. Never thought I'd use that sentence.... Anyhoo, it's so good, but I cannot describe it, being a non perry drinker. And the lovely Gary and Phil were dishing it out free.....

24 year old perry cider, awesome taste, interesting that it will last the years in the bottle. 👍🍻🏴😀

Very nice Perry and apparently very rare. Made in 2001. Another one courtesy of Gary at Microbus. Shared with GermanBeerJunkie a. and Ian
