Smells like that deep rich Carmel like smell dark beers have. The Belgian quad was aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months, so that’s pretty wild. 13% ALC. VOL. I love the Coopers Hawk artwork & the idea of their Maryland Native wildlife series. 🙌
