Really holding up. There is still a bit of chocolate and a touch of bourbon barrel. The spice on the finish comes on late and add to the brew. Excellent.

I think I’m enjoying this better now from the bottle than I did on draft at release day. Smooth & balanced. Chocolate & coffee have done a nice Vulcan mind meld. Bottle held up excellently. UVA vs VaTech baseball brew for the Commonwealth Clash! Go Hoos!

Somehow never ticked this. Mellowed in the 4 years since bottling. Still a good amount of coffee and chocolate. The barrels have faded nicely.
