Pours dark red, black. Light tan foam. Aroma roasty, chocolate, oak, bourbon. Flavour superbly clean. Lots of toffee, chocolate, roasty malts, fantastic touch from the oak barrels, bourbon, spicy. Sweet but finishes with a liquorice like bitterness.

LCI from yesterday. Definitely left the best until last. Tastes like it's been aged in sherry barrels. Winey. Leathery. Not really boozy so in the dangerous category. Superb. Undoubtedly a BOTY contender.
