2025.02.05. The brett did its job beautifully enhancing this beer’s lemony and herbal aromas and flavors. Lemon, lemongrass, white pepper, clove, and leather in its aromas. Smooth mouthfeel. High level of carbonation and thick head foam made it smoother.
