Chicagowska interpretacja słynnego fińskiego stylu Sahti. Są przyprawy, są szyszkojagody ale piwko wyszło trochę „zamerykanizowane”. Jest dobre, ale podchodzi bardziej pod zwykły farmhouse niż prawdziwe Sahti. Ale na bezrybiu rak i ryba. Hyvää ruokahalua!
