A beer wine hybrid. Light with a delicate carbonation. Very vinous but also some stone fruits. a nice sour that makes you picker on the finish. Beautiful red copper color.

Finally got around to trying this. Tasty, but didn't seem to have quite the muscadine explosion I was expecting. Maybe waited too long. More lambic type funkiness than grape.
