Love & Light

Love & Light is a 5.2% pale ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Strata.

Love & Light was conceived as a counterpart to this January’s Green Gloves. That pale ale was our twist on the Pacific Northwest IPAs of yore, with a sturdy malt backbone and piney, grapefruity Michigan hops. Light & Love transports us back to the East Coast. Brewed with oat malt and flaked wheat, this is a super soft, hazy, new school pale ale. We also threw in some rye for a bit more complexity.

We’ve been itching to experiment with Strata for a while now. Grown in Oregon, Strata is prized for its notes of bright citrus fruit and *exhales* mega-dank weed. Our punchy pale ale spotlights those flavors and aromas in abundance, complimenting Nelson Sauvin’s Sauvignon Blanc grape must. It’s white wine meets sticky icky, and it packs a whole lot of flavor for 5.2% Show Less
