Angel In White

A beer near and dear to our head brewer Jack Snyder’s heart, Angel in White is our take on the timeless witbier. Previously only available on draft, this refreshing 5% Belgian-style ale could not have arrived at a better time of year.

We brew Angel in White with a hefty amount of oats and wheat. At over 60% of the grist, these grains lend the white ale a big, pillowy softness. A bright citrusy character is introduced with the addition of freshly ground coriander, dried orange, and dried lemon. And we ferment the witbier with a yeast descended from one of the style’s Belgian forefathers, balancing that citrus with spice and phenols. Show Less
