Symposium: Better Together

Symposium comes from a Greek term that means “to drink together.”

The Symposium Series are barrel-aged mixed-fermentation beers to give a complex sour character.

This beer is for my amazing wife on our wedding day. Everything is just a little better when we are together.

Better Together uses the Symposium Golden base beer and then adds Raspberry, Peach, and Lemon.
