This is the third beer I’ve had from here and some breweries are just in a different league than the average and this is one of those places. This is so so excellent. This is a highly drinkable while still packed with flavor sour.

Aroma has a great hay-like wheatiness, a touch of funky yeastiness, and light citrus. Flavour has a nice citric character, hay, light minerality, no yogurt presence, just good yeast expression. Very competent Berliner.
