Clean, fruity, and medium level yeast notes here. It's definitely heavy on hop (which I like here), strong pepper notes, some pungent herbal elements too.

I dig the grist. It's light drinking but medium full bodied, somewhat dry. Drinks a lot like a grisette, with more grassy, light citrus black pepper hop character. Reminds me of dry hopping with Saaz but ends up being a bit too grassy / green tea.

This is wonderful. Spelt & pilsner malts come through well and give a nice clean & crisp breadiness. Saaz gives it an herbaceous grassy tone & the wai-iti I'm assuming is what's giving a hint of fruitiness. Yeast comes out more subtly
