Classic sweet caramel BW. Very slight dusty oxidation but still true original flavor. Oak comes through well. Carbed up well on pour but faded. Still a good stogie beer.

Aged several years in my cellar & still tasting very oaky & delicious! Lots of malt, toffee, candied sugar, stone fruit & vanilla but, the predominant flavor is slightly smoky oak. Really, really nice. Southern Tier is soooo good!
