Sometimes we are struck by an idea so simple, and yet so powerful that it simply stops us in our tracks. While our wordsmithery can't do 'Ikigai' anywhere near the justice it deserves, we hope the beer will do the job.

Ikigai is your true purpose in life, or reason for being. We know what gets us up in the morning and keeps us going through the challenging times: Finding new and exciting ways to make delicious beer, meeting and working with like-minded independent souls who are pushing the boundaries of their fields and bringing it all together to create an elevated beer experience for all our thirsty beer drinkers. Beer is our Ikigai.

Irish Pale Malt, flaked torrified oats, flaked barley, Cara Clair and a subtle addition no of creamy-sweet lactose, we've fermented on London III yeast which imparts lovely sweet fruit notes and leaves a soft, fuller, body in the beer and juicy tropical sweetness.

Oat CREAM, you say? Well yes! We've added Lactose ( a natural milk sugar ) to up that lush, sweet creamy texture a notch.

We're bringing out the big guns with bright fresh Citra and Comet hops pumping out waves of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine and lime citrus. There's tropical flavours a-plenty too, as well as some dank and resinous notes underneath the mango, passion fruit and pineapple. Show Less
