This was a pleasant surprise. Norumbega’s perfect sweet/dry balance with a nice resinous spruce finish. It’s been a while since I have had a cider…refreshing change of pace at the gluten-free neighbors’.

4. Two words I look out for: Spruce tips. Very piney and citrusy with a tea-like herbaceousness. I feel like saying "not for everyone" is rarely a good thing, but I love this. Full, slightly resinous, and soft as hell.
