Wee drop pours out a smell of runny honey, treacle, figs, dried fruit, hard rock toffee & black coffee. Taste is a rich, fizzy treacle, smoked figs, flaky chocolate & raisins, with honey coming strong to give the aftertaste a real smoothness.

Was not expecting this stout to be as fizzy as it was, it spoils the beer for me. There is also a fair bit of sweetness, perhaps too much, in fact more sickly sweet and it just didn't work. All in all, not a huge fan & gave up on it pretty quickly.

Usually I am not a fan of these medium abv stouts but this is awesome. Nose rather muted but amazing flavour, raisins, date and black treacle with a slight sweetness. 4.1
