I got uncreative with naming when I started blending yeast for saison blends. No idea which yeast were in this one. A bit too citric acid. Solid

Batch from 2015! Early attempts at mixed fermentation and wild yeast dominates

B25 with wild yeast and brux. Super orangey.

The latest batch and I have finally struck gold with my yeast combo! Saison strain + Brett + Lacto was the magic combo.

The Brux/Lambicus version really rounded out nicely. Lambicus just needed a little extra time

Comparing Clausenii versus Clausenii+Lambicus. Both are pretty fantastic. Wasn't a fan of Clausenii in the past but I am coming around

Straight Lambicus batch. I want to brew a 10g batch next week. Trying to figure out which yeast or blend. This one is in the running

Side by sided all the Trois versions. Brux/Trois had competing flavors. Lambicus/Trois was an orange bomb. All the combined was sweet spot

Brett Lambicus vs Lambicus + Brux blend. Lambicus batch wins in a landslide

FLN. This version used Trois and Brux. Probably my favorite version to date

Straight Lambicus version. Super happy with how this turned out. Plan to brew this very regularly!

Latest version is awesome. The Trois and Brux play really well off of each other. The lambicus doesn't show up as much.

On tap. Ready for this to be done. This project of blending commercial with wild yeast is dead

This is the blend dual pitched with French Saison. Solid. I need to give up on this experiment
