As ever from North riding this is a fabulously well made beer, lemon, crisp citrus and pithy grapefruit, dry and clean bitter finish, a fairly neutral grist bill shows off a classic old school hop brilliantly, big in flavour and body, especiallly for 4%

Very smooth with a subtle but sweet, slightly jammy summer berries and pale stone fruit upfront. Lots of quite juicy citrus as you'd expect from Cascade, finishes with low bitterness, quite grassy pine resin, quite light and clean, very easy drinking.
