Tangy sour. Beautiful wild taste and nice to taste some variation to wild workshop™ yeasty mix - nothing against them just nice to see a different wild yeast done so well. Big tang, big sweet berry notes. Enjoyed with friends for a lovely evening.

There’s a good dark ale here, beneath the sourness. That hint of malt is really interesting, but it escapes quickly as the sharp sweet over-ripe fruit takes over and dominates. I’m generally not one for sour ales, but compared to most this one ain’t bad.
