I feel like this could’ve aged a lot longer. Don’t get me wrong it’s drinking excellent at the 8 year mark. I’m just getting that long term stability vibe. You don’t need to drink yet if you have one. Reminds me of a BCBS Wheat wine 🍻

This is incredible. Such deep caramel/toffee on the finish. Can’t really remember what this tastes like fresh but it’s clearly aged very well
