Smooth. A little flat on the end. The flavor is mild. It's not bad, but not memorable. I'd drink more of it though.

Assertively hopped at 53 IBU, for me this is the best Irish Dry available. It's not trad, but the west coast spin is exactly what propels this beer to the top of my list. It's hoppy, roasty, and leathery in the order. Highly sessionable flavor bomb.
