I like that it’s a purely Noon Whistle pale ale until you take a sip. Huge pale ale nose (citrus) but when you start sipping it’s got Afterthought’s new world hops. Gives it a brighter flavor. The best of these two worlds.

Maiden voyage of the new grill. Swordfish with this pale ale. Afterthought’s influence makes the flavor a bit bright so I think this works better with the fish than a normal IPA would
