Our Black Currant Sour pours a hazy sunburst colour beneath a quickly dissipating coral head. Tart fruit aromas of currants and red berries lead on the nose followed by a delicate hoppy accent from the Callista hops. On the palette, expect black currant in the forefront with a slightly sweet start before a tart finish with a resinous hoppy back note. The Lactobacillus and the Black Currant flavours have a delightful and almost seamless interplay. Show Less
