Noble Cider’s flagship cider.

The Standard Bearer is the cider that Noble is known for. We press the juice from six different varieties of apples local to WNC. We ferment the juice to dry and using fresh sweet cider add a touch of sweetness back in.

The result is a 7.5% ABV cider that’s crisp, tart, lightly effervescent, and just sweet enough for a balanced, long finish.

Noble Cider’s Standard cider is easy-drinking by itself or with a good meal. It’s the perfect cider for just about anything!
