No. 17 - Special

Named after a Georgia O'Keeffe painting. Dark, complex Belgian style beer with dark fruit aroma. Brewed with dark specialty malts (Weyermann CaraAroma and Château Special Belgium) for a dried fruit flavor, raw cane sugar (Billington's Dark Muscovado) for a dry finish and some additional warming flavors. Aged on cherry wood (Black Swan honey comb) for over a month, which adds tannins and some dried cherry flavor. Fermented with an expressive Belgian yeast strain (Mangrove Jack's M31) which adds mouthfeel and fruity esters.
