Ninkasi's latest creation, Ninkasi de Printemps, is a Spring Saison brewed with wine yeast to give an curiously vinous quality. This Belgian-style beer pours vivid orange, boasting a big nose full of cereal and banana, with spicy yeast notes aplenty.
