Bijzondere smaak die erg veel weg heeft van kaneel. Tevens ook appel door de Apple-brandy op welke vaten het heeft gerijpt. Donker bier met een zeer licht romige ondertoon. Persoonlijk vind ik de kaneel smaak te overheersend.
