One week ago. This was the last vintage of this stout that really knocked it out of the park for me, at roughly 6 years aged at that time. This is still really good. Not sure how much longer it could go. Thanks for the share, Rory!

Aged in my cellar for eight years. The result was very smooth, but still carbonated, likely thanks to the wax seal. We need more beer that can improve significantly with age like red wine!
